We ask that parents or guardians complete registration forms and player profiles for each player.  Registration forms should also be completed for buddies (and signed by parents for children under 18 years of age).  Buddies must be 12 years of age or older.

 

Please note that registration is ongoing. Once completed, the relevant forms can be brought to the field on one of the game days or mailed - along with the $40 registration fee for players (made out to D6 Challenger) - to D6 Challenger  PO Box 366  Edgewater, NJ 07020. If the fee poses a hardship for your family, simply let us know.
